Lantz Grosse

Lantz Grosse is an experienced insulation and building-performance professional who has been helping homeowners better understand their homes since 2007. Throughout his career, he has inspected thousands of homes and worked directly with homeowners to identify insulation concerns, improve indoor comfort, reduce unnecessary energy use, and make more informed home-improvement decisions.

His professional background includes work with Cross Creek Environmental, consulting experience, and time as an owner-operator within the Koala Insulation franchise system. These roles have given him experience evaluating homes, explaining technical building-science concepts in practical terms, and helping homeowners compare insulation materials and installation approaches.

Lantz is certified by the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance and holds a Building Science Principles certificate. Having grown up in Bradenton, Florida, and now living in North Carolina, Lantz also brings firsthand experience with two very different climate conditions. This perspective helps him evaluate insulation advice based on the home, climate, and homeowner’s specific needs rather than relying on one-size-fits-all recommendations.
